What if something goes wrong with my item?
While the warranty lasts, open the order and send a warranty claim: describe the problem, and an operator replaces the item from stock or refunds it to your balance. You can follow the claim under Orders.
Do I need Telegram?
No. The website works on its own: sign up with email, pay and receive right here. The same account also opens in the Telegram bot, if that suits you better.
Can I see prices in roubles?
Yes - switch the currency in the menu. Prices and the balance are kept in US dollars; roubles are only a way of showing them at the current rate. Payment goes through the service you choose, in its own currency - USDT, for example.
