User agreement
The rules GODLESS MARKET works by: what the service offers, how orders, payment, delivery and the queue work, and what is expected of the user.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Russian version of this document is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1.General provisions
This agreement governs the use of the GODLESS MARKET online shop of digital goods: the website https://godless-market.com/, the Telegram Mini App and the shop’s Telegram bot. It is one system with a shared account database, and the agreement covers all of it.
The service is run by the administration of the GODLESS MARKET shop (the “administration”). The administration is contacted through the support service in the shop’s Telegram bot, given in the Contacts section below.
By using the service - opening it, creating an account or placing an order - the user confirms they have read the agreement and accept it. A user who does not agree with the terms must stop using the service.
The terms of sale are set out in the public offer, the warranty and refund procedure on the Refunds and warranty page, and data processing in the privacy policy. These documents apply together with this agreement.
2.Definitions
- Service - the GODLESS MARKET website, Mini App and bot.
- User - anyone who uses the service, including without an account.
- Account - the user’s account in the service, opened with an email and password or through Telegram.
- Product - digital data: credentials for access to a third-party service, a licence key, an activation code or a subscription, as well as a product with manual delivery.
- Balance - the account’s internal account in US dollars (USD), from which orders can be paid for.
- Queue - the list of users waiting for a sold-out product to arrive.
3.Account
The catalog can be browsed without an account. An account is needed to order, top up the balance, join a queue and access purchased products. It is created with an email address and a password or automatically when signing in with Telegram; an email and password can later be added to a Telegram account to sign in to the same account on the website.
The user is responsible for keeping their password and access to their email and Telegram account safe. Everything done from an account is considered done by its owner until they have told support that access was lost.
A person uses their own account themselves. Creating accounts to get around the service’s restrictions - for example, to take several places in the queue for one product or to get a replacement several times - is prohibited.
4.What the service provides
The service enables the user to:
- browse the catalog with prices in US dollars and, if they wish, see amounts in roubles at the current rate;
- choose the interface language (Russian or English) and the currency amounts are shown in - the choice is saved to the account and applies on the website, in the Mini App and in the bot;
- place and pay for orders and apply promo codes;
- receive the paid product from the shop’s operator;
- see the order history and delivered data under Orders;
- top up the internal balance and pay for orders with it;
- join the queue for a sold-out product;
- file warranty claims within the warranty period;
- receive notifications in the account and in the Telegram bot and contact support through the bot.
The products are access details for third-party services. The shop is not the rights holder of those services and is not responsible for their rules, prices or operation. A product’s properties - type, validity, warranty, availability - are shown on its card before purchase.
The service is provided as is. The administration aims for it to run without interruption but does not guarantee the absence of maintenance breaks and failures of hosting, payment services or Telegram.
5.Prices, orders and payment
A product’s price is shown on its card in US dollars. Before paying, the user sees on the order page the product name, the price, the promo code discount if any, and the total due. The price is fixed in the order when it is placed. Amounts in roubles, if the user chose to show them, are for reference only and are calculated at the rate shown on the website.
An order is paid in one of the ways offered on the payment page: by a payment service invoice (Platega, Heleket, Crypto Bot or xRocket - the methods available at the moment are shown on the page) or by charging the internal balance. Platega issues invoices in Russian roubles (RUB). Heleket issues invoices in US dollars (USD), payable in a supported cryptocurrency; Heleket calculates the amount for the chosen coin and network. Crypto Bot and xRocket accept USDT at par: 1 USDT corresponds to 1 USD of the price. The invoice amount and currency are shown before payment. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice itself.
A payment counts as made only after the payment service confirms it. A user’s message about paying, a screenshot or the “I have paid” button are not payment in themselves - they only start a check with the payment service.
If the buyer pays the payment service’s fee, this is shown on that service’s page before the transfer. The shop pays the xRocket fee itself: exactly the order amount is due.
Paying again for an order already paid does not result in a second delivery: the amount received is credited to the buyer’s balance.
6.Queue for sold-out products
If no units of a product are in stock, the user may join the queue on the product page. Joining is free, charges nothing and can be cancelled at any time.
The queue is served strictly in order of joining. One account holds no more than one place in the queue for one product; the position is determined by the server and cannot be changed by the user.
The price is fixed on joining the queue. A purchase from the queue is made at the fixed price, or, if the price has dropped by the time the product arrives, at the new, lower one.
When the product arrives, one unit is reserved for the first in line for 30 minutes, and the user is notified. If no purchase is made in that time, the reservation is released and the unit passes to the next.
When joining the queue, the user may turn on automatic purchase from the balance themselves. Then, at the moment of reservation, the product price is charged to the balance and the paid order goes to an operator to be handed over - only if the balance has enough funds, in full and once. If funds are short, a regular reservation applies.
Without automatic purchase turned on by the user, the queue never charges money.
If the user bought the same product another way, their place in the queue is closed. If a product is withdrawn from sale, its queue is closed and the users are notified.
7.Delivery, warranty and refunds
Every product is handed over by the shop’s operator. Once the payment is confirmed the order reads “Awaiting manual delivery”; when the operator has handed the product over, the data appears in the order under Orders.
Orders and payments are accepted around the clock, and products are handed over during the operators’ working hours - usually within 10-15 minutes of the payment being confirmed. If no operator is available or the product is out of stock, it takes longer; the order’s status is shown under Orders all the while. Until the product is handed over, the user may decline to wait: on a request to support, the amount paid is returned to the internal balance.
The warranty period is shown on the product card. Within it, a product that does not work is replaced. Digital data cannot be returned after delivery, so a money refund is made only in the cases listed on the Refunds and warranty page - for example, if the product was paid for but not delivered.
With any question about an order, the user first contacts support and gives the order number.
8.Rules of use
The user undertakes:
- to comply with applicable law and the rules of the third-party services the product gives access to;
- not to use the service or the products for unlawful activity;
- not to guess passwords, not to collect the service’s data automatically and not to try to disrupt it or get around its restrictions - limits on requests, promo codes, replacements and the queue;
- not to give third parties access to their account;
- not to mislead support about payments made or product faults.
9.Intellectual property
The design, texts, program code and look of the service belong to the administration or are used by it lawfully. Copying and distributing them without permission is prohibited.
The names and trademarks of third-party services belong to their owners and are used only to identify the product.
10.Restriction of access
The administration may restrict or terminate a user’s access to the service in case of a breach of this agreement, signs of fraud or abuse, or when required by law.
Restricting access does not cancel obligations under orders already paid. What happens to the remaining balance on blocking is determined by the public offer.
11.Liability
The administration’s liability is limited to the value of the order the claim relates to. The administration does not compensate lost profits or indirect losses.
The administration is not responsible for:
- the actions, rules and failures of third-party services, payment services and blockchain networks;
- the user’s errors in paying - a wrong amount, network or invoice;
- the consequences of the user losing access to their email, Telegram or password and of passing data to third parties;
- use of the product in breach of the third-party service’s rules.
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure.
12.Privacy
The service collects only the data needed for it to work. What data, for what purposes, how long it is kept and who it is shared with are described in the privacy policy.
13.Disputes
Any dispute - a product not received, access details that do not work, disagreement with a decision on a warranty claim - is first handled through support. The user gives the order number and describes what happened; the operator replies in the same conversation.
Before asking a payment service or a bank to reverse a payment, the user contacts support: most payment questions are solved by checking the payment or by a refund to the balance. This does not limit the user’s rights under the law and the payment service’s rules.
If a dispute is not resolved through support, the claims procedure described in the “Dispute resolution” section of the public offer applies.
14.Changes to the agreement
The administration may change the agreement. A new version is published on this page with the date of the update and applies from publication. By continuing to use the service, the user accepts the new version. Orders paid earlier are governed by the terms in force at the moment of payment.
The agreement is drawn up in Russian. The English translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
15.Contacts
All requests - questions about an order, complaints, personal data requests and suggestions - are accepted through the support service in the shop’s Telegram bot: t.me/Godless_market_bot?start=support or by email at godless.market.com@gmail.com.
Support works as a ticket system: the Support button or the /support command in the bot opens a ticket with a number, the operator’s reply comes to the same chat, and the conversation history is kept. From a paid order on the website or in the Mini App, the “Write to support” button opens a ticket with that order’s number already attached.
The administration cannot be reached any other way. A request sent by other means may go unanswered.
