What to include
- The order number - it is shown under Orders and in the address of the payment page.
- The email or Telegram the account is registered with: without it we cannot confirm the order is yours.
- What exactly happened and what you have already tried - a screenshot of the error saves more back-and-forth than any description.

- The item did not arrive after payment - first press “I have paid” on the order page: checking the payment takes seconds.
- Access stopped working - open the order under Orders and press “Open a warranty claim”: describe the problem and attach a screenshot; the decision arrives as a notification.
- Forgot your password - the “Forgot?” link on the sign-in page sends a letter to reset it.
