1.Definitions
Seller - the administration of the GODLESS MARKET online shop, located at https://godless-market.com/ and in the seller’s Telegram bot.
Buyer - a person who has placed an order in the shop. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have the legal capacity required to enter into the contract.
Product - a digital product delivered as a set of data. The shop has four types:
- account - credentials for access to a third-party service;
- key - a licence key or an activation code;
- subscription - access to a third-party service for the period shown on the product card;
- manual delivery - a product an operator prepares and hands over by hand after payment.
Stock - the units of a product prepared by the seller in advance. Delivery - the handover of a product to the buyer by the seller’s operator. The shop’s software does not hand products over by itself: the payment is confirmed automatically, and a person transfers the product.
Internal balance - the buyer’s account in the shop, reflecting an amount in US dollars (USD) the buyer has paid in advance and can use to pay for orders.
2.Subject of the contract
The seller undertakes to transfer to the buyer the digital product chosen in the catalog, and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for it on the terms of this offer.
The product has no physical medium and is not physically delivered. It is transferred exclusively in electronic form - by displaying the access details in the buyer’s account.
The shop is not the rights holder of the services to which the accounts, keys and subscriptions sold give access, and is not their official representative, unless the product card expressly states otherwise.
Use of the product is governed by the rules of the third-party service it gives access to. The buyer undertakes to read those rules themselves.
3.Conclusion of the contract
This document is a public offer - a proposal addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a contract for the sale of a digital product on the terms set out here.
Acceptance of the offer, that is, full and unconditional agreement to its terms, is the payment for an order: receipt of a payment through a payment service or the charging of the order amount to the buyer’s internal balance.
The contract is concluded at the moment of payment. Placing an order without paying creates no contract: an unpaid order obliges neither the buyer nor the seller to anything.
The seller may refuse to conclude the contract or cancel a placed order if the product is out of stock, if the price or description contained a technical error, or if there are signs of abuse - including the filing of knowingly unfounded warranty claims.
To place an order, the buyer needs an account in the shop. An account is created with an email address, which must be confirmed, or by signing in with Telegram.
4.Price and payment
Product prices are shown in the catalog in US dollars (USD) and include all applicable seller charges. The price fixed in the order when it is placed does not change until the order’s payment period expires.
The buyer may choose to have amounts shown in Russian roubles. Such amounts are for reference only: they are calculated at the rate shown on the website together with its source and time (a market rate or the official rate of the Bank of Russia) and are not the contract price. The parties’ obligations are determined by the amount in US dollars.
Switching the display currency never charges or credits anything: there is one balance, kept in US dollars.
Payment is accepted in one of the following ways:
- through the Platega payment service - a RUB invoice on the service’s checkout page;
- through the Heleket payment service - the service’s payment page with a choice of supported cryptocurrency and network;
- through Crypto Bot - payment by invoice inside Telegram;
- through xRocket - payment by invoice inside Telegram; the seller pays the xRocket fee, and exactly the order amount is due;
- by charging the internal balance, previously topped up in the same ways.
Platega issues invoices in Russian roubles (RUB). Heleket issues invoices in US dollars (USD), payable in a supported cryptocurrency; Heleket calculates the amount for the chosen coin and network. Crypto Bot and xRocket accept USDT (Tether) at par: 1 USDT corresponds to 1 USD of the price. The invoice amount and currency are shown to the buyer before payment. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice itself.
The selected payment service determines the methods available on its checkout page. Cash and transfers outside an invoice issued by the payment service are not accepted.
The buyer’s payment obligation is fulfilled when the payment service confirms the payment. Network and payment service fees charged by the service to the payer are paid by the buyer; they are not included in the product price. If the seller pays the fee, this is stated on the payment page.
The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the payment. Sending an amount different from the one in the order, or sending to the wrong network or details, may prevent the payment from being matched to the order automatically. Such cases are resolved individually through support.
Funds credited to the internal balance are intended for paying for orders in the shop. Withdrawing these funds is not available. If a top-up amount is entered in roubles, the seller calculates the amount in US dollars at a rate fixed at the time of calculation and valid for the limited time shown on the top-up page; the calculated amount in US dollars is credited to the balance.
Each party fulfils its own tax obligations arising in connection with the transaction.
5.Delivery of the product
Every product is handed to the buyer by the seller’s operator. Once the payment is confirmed the order reads “Awaiting manual delivery” and goes to an operator; if the product has stock, one unit is assigned to the order and taken off sale at that moment. A payment is not, by itself, the transfer of the product.
The moment of delivery is the moment the access details became available to the buyer in their order under Orders on the website or in the Mini App. From that moment the seller’s obligation to transfer the product is fulfilled.
The operator hands the product over within a reasonable time after payment. Orders and payments are accepted around the clock; products are handed over during the operators’ working hours. Until then the order reads “Awaiting manual delivery”, and “Being processed” once an operator has picked it up.
If no free units are in stock when the payment is confirmed, the order stays paid and waits to be handed over, and the seller, at the buyer’s choice, delivers the product once the stock is replenished or refunds the amount paid to the buyer’s internal balance.
The seller duplicates the fact of delivery with a notification in the account and, if Telegram is connected, with a message from the bot. The message is a duplicate: the order itself remains the only source of the delivered data.
The buyer undertakes to check that the product works immediately after receiving it and, if it does not, to file a warranty claim within the warranty period (section 6).
6.Warranty period and warranty claims
The product carries a warranty period whose length is shown on the product card and in the placed order. It runs from the moment of delivery. Some products may have no warranty period - the card says so.
During the warranty period the buyer may file a warranty claim from the order card, stating the reason and describing the problem and attaching evidence. Filing a claim does not in itself result in a replacement or a refund.
The claim is reviewed by the seller. Following the review, the seller issues another unit from stock, refunds the amount paid to the buyer’s internal balance, or refuses with reasons. The choice of remedy belongs to the seller; the reason for the decision is communicated to the buyer.
The seller may ask the buyer for additional information or evidence. Until it is provided, the review of the claim is suspended. No more than one claim per order is reviewed at a time.
The warranty does not cover cases where:
- the warranty period had expired at the time of the claim;
- the buyer changed the access details, the linked email or other account details themselves;
- access was lost because the buyer broke the rules of the third-party service;
- the buyer passed the received data to third parties or used it from several devices or addresses at once contrary to the service’s rules;
- the circumstances set out in the claim are not confirmed.
How to file a claim and how it is reviewed, and the cases in which a refund is made instead of a replacement, are described in detail on the Refunds and warranty page, which is an integral part of this offer.
7.Balance and promo codes
The buyer may top up the internal balance in advance and pay for orders by charging it. All balance transactions are shown in the account.
All refunds are credited to the buyer’s internal balance only. Withdrawing funds from the balance - to a card, a crypto wallet or in any other way - is not available: the balance is spent on orders in the shop.
A promo code gives a discount on terms set by the seller: the size of the discount, the validity period and the number of uses. The seller may end a promo code at any time; this does not affect orders already paid.
8.Queue for sold-out products
If no units of a product are in stock, the buyer may join a queue. Joining the queue is not a payment and does not conclude a contract: nothing is charged, and the buyer may leave the queue at any time.
The queue is served strictly in order of joining: an arriving product is offered to whoever joined earlier. One account holds no more than one place in the queue for one product.
The price is fixed when the buyer joins the queue. If the price drops by the time the product arrives, the purchase is made at the new, lower price; if it rises, at the fixed price.
When the product arrives, one unit is reserved for the buyer for 30 minutes, and a notification is sent. While the reservation holds, the unit is not sold to other buyers. If no purchase is made in that time, the reservation is released and the unit passes to the next in line.
When joining the queue, the buyer may turn on automatic purchase. Then, on reservation, the product price is charged to the internal balance, and the paid order goes to an operator to be handed over as set out in section 5; in that case this charge is the acceptance of the offer. The charge is made only if the balance is sufficient, in full and once. If funds are short, a regular reservation applies.
Without automatic purchase, turned on by the buyer themselves, the queue never charges any money.
A place in the queue is closed if the buyer bought the product another way or left the queue. If a product is withdrawn from sale, the seller closes the queue and the buyers are notified.
9.Rights and obligations of the parties
The seller undertakes:
- to deliver the paid product in the manner and within the time set out in section 5;
- to review warranty claims filed within the warranty period on the terms of section 6;
- to keep the buyer’s access to the delivered data in the account for the order’s retention period;
- to process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
The buyer undertakes:
- to give accurate details when registering and to keep access to the email or Telegram account provided;
- not to give third parties access to their shop account or to the product data received;
- not to use the product in ways that break the rules of the third-party service or the law;
- not to take actions that disrupt the shop - automated data collection, password guessing, circumventing restrictions.
The seller may restrict or terminate the buyer’s access to the shop if the terms of this offer are breached. What happens to funds left on the balance in that case is decided on the buyer’s request to support.
10.Liability and its limitation
The seller’s liability is limited to the value of the specific order the claim relates to. The seller does not compensate lost profits or indirect losses.
The seller is not liable for:
- the actions and decisions of third-party services, including changes to their prices or rules, blocking, or discontinuation after the warranty period has expired;
- the operation of payment services and blockchain networks, or for delays and losses caused by the buyer’s errors when sending a payment;
- the buyer’s loss of access to their email or Telegram account;
- the consequences of the buyer passing delivered data to third parties.
The shop operates as far as is technically possible. The seller aims for uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by maintenance or failures of hosting or third-party services.
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure, for the duration of such circumstances.
11.Personal data
By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent, for the purposes and for the period set out in the privacy policy. The policy is an integral part of this offer.
The parties may exchange legally significant messages by the email given by the buyer at registration and through the Telegram account linked to their account.
12.Term and amendment of the offer
The offer is valid from the moment it is published on the website until it is withdrawn by the seller.
The seller may amend the offer unilaterally. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the date of the last update is shown at its top. Contracts already concluded are governed by the version in force at the moment the order was paid.
Withdrawal or amendment of the offer does not affect the seller’s obligations under orders already paid, including warranty obligations.
The offer is drawn up in Russian. The English translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
13.Dispute resolution
Before going to court, the parties follow a claims procedure. A claim is sent to the shop’s support and is reviewed within a reasonable time of receipt.
Disputes not settled through the claims procedure are resolved in accordance with the law applicable to the parties to the contract.
Support can be reached in Telegram: t.me/Godless_market_bot?start=support or by email at godless.market.com@gmail.com.
14.Seller contacts
The seller is reached through the support service in the shop’s Telegram bot: t.me/Godless_market_bot?start=support or by email at godless.market.com@gmail.com. There is no other channel: questions about orders, claims and any legally significant messages are accepted only this way.
