How to choose a subscription and activate your order
A code for your own account and a ready-to-use account are different formats. Compare where the subscription is activated, how long access lasts and whether a warranty is included before paying.

The Claude catalog includes both formats: a monthly code for your own account and a ready-to-use account for 7 days. Compare the access format and warranty as well as price and duration.
What to check before paying
- The service and plan, validity period and when access begins.
- Whether you use your own account or a new one, and whether an active subscription affects activation.
- The warranty period and exclusions. “No warranty” means a warranty replacement is not included.
- The final amount and any payment provider fee before confirming payment.
When the code and activation link become available
- Create an order and pay the invoice using an available method.
- Once payment is confirmed, the order awaits an operator. Payment confirmation does not mean the item has been delivered.
- After delivery, open My orders on the website or Telegram Mini App. Your code and activation button are inside your order.
- Open the activation page and follow the instructions using the delivered code. Keep the code and your order details private.
If the order awaits delivery, wait for an operator. If a payment has not been found, press “I have paid” on the order page; contact support with your order number if needed.

Is a subscription the same as API access?

Check that you are using the correct account and have followed the instructions. For a product within its warranty period, open a claim from the order and describe the error.
