Payment

Payment through a provider

An order is paid through a payment provider or charged to the internal balance. The amount to pay is shown on the payment page - it matches the price in the catalog.

To pay in RUB through SBP, choose Platega. Complete the payment on the service’s checkout page.

Methods

Payment options

The method is chosen on the order page and can be changed there until the order is paid.

Platega

Platega · RUB · SBP

  • Pay in RUB through SBP on the Platega checkout page.
  • The RUB amount is fixed before checkout; credit follows server-side payment verification.
  • One top-up is limited to ₽10,000.00 or the current USD equivalent.
  • Platega payments are in roubles. Pay through SBP on the Platega checkout page. The RUB invoice amount is fixed before checkout; the shop balance is in USD.

Heleket

Heleket · Crypto - choose a coin and network

  • The payment page opens in an ordinary browser tab - no Telegram needed.
  • The transfer method is chosen on the provider’s side: it also shows the address, the amount and the rate.
  • The provider, not the buyer, confirms the payment - on its signal the order goes to an operator for delivery.
  • The invoice is in USD. Choose your coin and network on Heleket, which calculates the amount at its exchange rate. Each coin and network has its own minimum; some options may be unavailable for a small invoice.

Crypto Bot

Crypto Bot · Pay inside Telegram

  • The invoice arrives inside Telegram and is paid on one screen, with no external wallets.
  • The invoice comes as a t.me link: any Telegram of yours opens it; there is no need to link it to the shop.
  • Available on the website and in the Mini App unless the shop has switched it off.
  • Paid in USDT - at par with the dollar price: 1 USDT = $1.

xRocket

xRocket · Invoice in @xRocket, inside Telegram

  • The invoice is issued in @xRocket inside Telegram and paid right there.
  • The shop pays the xRocket fee: you pay exactly the order amount.
  • The order goes to an operator for delivery only after xRocket’s signed payment notification.
  • Paid in USDT - at par with the dollar price: 1 USDT = $1.

Internal balance

One-click charge · No invoice, no network wait

  • The balance is topped up in advance and the order is paid instantly - no network confirmations to wait for.
  • You can pay from the balance if it covers the order amount.

Step by step

How payment works

  1. 01

    Order

The Buy button on a product card creates the order and opens the payment page. A promo code is entered before that - on the card itself.

  2. 02

    Invoice

You choose a method, the shop requests an invoice from the provider and shows its link. The payment deadline appears on the invoice; the link opens in a new tab so the order page stays in place.

  3. 03

    Transfer

You pay on the provider’s side. The order page keeps asking it every few seconds, so you do not need to keep the tab open - you can come back later.

  4. 04

    Delivery

As soon as the payment is confirmed, the order reads “Awaiting manual delivery” and goes to an operator. Once the item is handed over, its contents appear on the order page and under Orders.

Currency

Dollars, roubles and USDT

$1 ≈ ₽81.93

Prices, the balance and the transaction history are kept in US dollars. With the language and currency button at the top of the screen you can choose to see them in roubles - amounts are converted at the current rate (a market rate or the Bank of Russia rate; the source and time are shown alongside). It is only a display: switching the currency never charges or credits anything.

Platega invoices in RUB. Heleket invoices in USD and offers supported coins and networks. Crypto Bot and xRocket invoice in USDT at par with USD. The selected provider’s checkout page shows the final amount and currency.

Past operations are not re-priced: a top-up, purchase or refund is shown in roubles at the rate at the time of the operation.

Balance

Topping up the internal account

The balance is a way not to wait for the network every time. You top it up once with the same Platega, Heleket, Crypto Bot or xRocket, and then every order is paid instantly, without a separate invoice.

The minimum top-up is $0.10. You can enter the amount in dollars or in roubles: roubles are converted at a rate locked for 10 minutes, and the dollar amount is credited to the balance. Crediting is automatic: usually a few minutes after payment, and you do not need to keep the page open.

Honestly

What we do not have

A short list that saves time: if you are looking for any of this, we are not the place.

  • Bank card payments - this method is not connected yet.
  • Cash, transfers “to a friend’s card” and any payment outside the checkout: the shop will not see such a payment and will not deliver the order.
  • Instalments and pay-later: an item in stock goes to whoever’s payment is confirmed. The only hold is the queue for a sold-out product: an arriving unit is held for the first in line for 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawing the internal balance to a wallet or card. The balance is spent on orders only.
  • A separate rouble account. There is one balance, held in dollars; roubles are only a way to show amounts and to enter a top-up.

If a payment did not arrive

The money is gone, but the order is stuck

Press “I have paid”

The button on the order page asks the provider immediately, without waiting for the next automatic check. Most of the time that is enough.

Send a request

If the check comes back empty, a manual reconciliation button appears in the same place: an operator will look at the transfer. It is the second step, not the first - automation comes first.

A late transfer is not lost

Payment checks remain available after the invoice expires. The order is kept; if a completed payment is missing, request a check or contact support.
