Frequently asked questions
Everything about buying, paying, delivery and the warranty - short and to the point. If the answer is not here, support replies in Telegram.
Buying
How do I buy something?
Open the catalog, choose a product and press Buy. The shop creates an order and takes you to the payment page: choose a method there and pay the invoice. Once payment is confirmed, the order awaits manual delivery. An operator picks it up and hands over the item; only then do the code or sign-in details appear on the order page and under Orders.
Do I need to sign up?
Yes. Orders, delivered details, the warranty and the balance belong to an account, so you cannot buy “without an account”. On the website, signing up is an email and a password; in Telegram the Mini App recognises you by itself, with no separate sign-up.
How do I use a promo code?
The promo code field is on the product card, before the order is placed. Enter the code and press apply: if it is valid, the discount shows in the price at once and goes into the order with it. A promo code cannot be added to an order that already exists - enter it before pressing Buy.
The product is out of stock - what now?
It means there are no free items left in stock, and the buy button on that card does not work. Availability changes as the stock is replenished. If you need a specific item, join the queue on the product card or write to support.
Payment
How can I pay?
Through Platega, Heleket, Crypto Bot or xRocket - and with the internal balance. Heleket is a payment page that opens in an ordinary browser. Crypto Bot and xRocket issue an invoice inside Telegram: you can pay it in your own Telegram even if the order was placed on the website. Which methods are available right now is shown on the order page. The shop pays the xRocket fee. Paying from the balance is instant and does not wait for network confirmations.
What currency are prices and the balance in?
In US dollars. With the language and currency button at the top of the screen you can switch to showing roubles - a conversion at the current rate; there is no separate rouble balance. Payment at the provider goes through in its own currency, for example USDT at par 1:1 with the dollar.
Do you accept bank cards?
Platega currently offers RUB payments through SBP. A separate bank card payment method is not connected yet.
How long do I have to pay?
The deadline depends on the provider and is shown on the invoice. The shop checks payment automatically; you can close the order page and return later.
I paid, but the order is still awaiting payment
Press “I have paid” on the order page - the shop asks the provider about the payment immediately, without waiting for the next automatic check. If the payment is still not found, a button for a manual check request appears in the same place: an operator will look at the transfer.
I paid after the invoice expired
The check works even after the payment window has closed: a late transfer is still a transfer. Open the order and press “I have paid”, and if nothing comes of it, send a manual check request or write to support.
The payment failed and no money was taken
Then there is nothing to fix: the order simply stays in Awaiting payment. Create the invoice again on the same page or choose another payment method - the order is kept, there is no need to place it again.
Delivery and warranty
When will the item arrive?
Once the payment is confirmed the order reads “Awaiting manual delivery”: every item is handed over by an operator. When they pick the order up the status changes to “Being processed”, and after the hand-over to “Delivered”. What was delivered is shown on the order page and under Orders; it stays there for good, and you can re-read it at any time.
What is manual delivery?
Every item in the shop is handed over by an operator. After payment the order reads “Awaiting manual delivery”; when an operator picks it up - “Being processed”; once the item is handed over - “Delivered”. If the operator needs anything from you they will write: the message arrives in your notifications.
Access does not work - what do I do?
While the warranty lasts, open the order under Orders and press “Open a warranty claim”: describe the problem and attach a screenshot. An operator reviews the claim and decides - a replacement from stock or a refund to the balance; the decision arrives as a notification.
How long is the warranty?
Each product has its own period: it is shown on the card as Warranty - before you buy, so you can take it into account. It runs from when the order is delivered, not from when it is paid.
How many times can an item be replaced under warranty?
There is no separate replacement limit. One claim per order is open at a time: until it is decided, everything continues in it. An operator decides each claim on the warranty period and the circumstances: replaces the item, refunds the money to the balance or explains a refusal.
Can I get my money back?
Digital goods do not return well: after delivery the details are already with the buyer. So the main way to solve a problem is a warranty claim: an operator issues a replacement or refunds the money to your balance. Disputes are handled by support case by case; the terms are in the shop’s legal documents.
Account and balance
How do I top up my balance?
Under Top-up: enter the amount - in dollars or roubles, from $0.10 - choose an available method (Platega, Heleket, Crypto Bot or xRocket) and pay the invoice. A rouble amount is converted at a rate locked for 10 minutes, and the dollar amount is credited to the balance. Crediting is automatic - usually within a few minutes after payment, and you do not need to keep the page open.
Why have an internal balance?
To pay in one click. Paying from the balance creates no invoice and does not wait for network confirmations: the order is paid and delivered at once.
Can I withdraw my balance?
No. The balance is a means of payment inside the shop; withdrawal to a wallet or card is not available. It can be spent on any order, but only in full: if the balance does not cover the amount, the shop asks you to pay the order with an ordinary invoice.
I forgot my password
The sign-in page has a “Forgot?” link. It sends a letter with a link to change the password - it works once and for a limited time, so it is best to change the password right after the letter arrives.
Website and Telegram
How is the website different from the Telegram Mini App?
In data - not at all. It is one shop with one account: the catalog, the balance, orders and the warranty are shared. Only the shell differs - the website opens in any browser, the Mini App lives inside Telegram and needs no separate sign-in. An order placed on the website is visible in Telegram, and the other way round.
Can I use the shop in English?
Yes. Language and currency are switched with the “RU · ₽” button at the top of the screen - in the website header and on every Mini App screen, and inside Telegram also through “Settings” in the ⋮ menu. The choice is saved to your account and applies everywhere - the bot switches to the chosen language too.
Do I need Telegram to buy?
No. Signing up with email, paying through Heleket, delivery and warranty claims all work entirely on the website. Telegram is only needed to pay through Crypto Bot or xRocket, and it is handy for contacting support.
Where can I see my orders?
Under Orders: the whole purchase history, delivered details and warranty claims are there. The same list opens in the Mini App - they are the same orders, not two separate histories.
