Refunds and warranty

A digital product cannot be returned like a physical one: the access details are already with the buyer. So there is a warranty period instead: during it you can open a claim, an operator reviews it and decides - replace the item or refund the money to your balance. This page explains how that works.

1.Why digital goods are a special case

1.1

A product in this shop is a set of data: a login and password, a licence key, an activation code. The moment the buyer has seen them, the product has been received and cannot be “repackaged”: it cannot be returned to its previous state, and the same unit cannot be sold again.

1.2

As a general rule, money is not refunded once the access details have been delivered. This is not a disclaimer of responsibility: a product sold with a warranty carries the warranty period shown on its card, and during that period a claim can be opened for a product that does not work. Products without a warranty say “No warranty” on their card.

Put simply: “changed my mind” is not a ground. “Stopped working” is a ground; describe what happened and the seller will review it.

1.3

The terms on this page do not limit the buyer’s rights that, under the law applicable to the buyer, cannot be limited by contract.

2.Before the order is paid

2.1

An unpaid order obliges nobody to anything. You can simply not pay it - it stays in Awaiting payment and closes by itself. No money has been taken at this stage, so there is nothing to refund.

2.2

An order can be cancelled before payment under Orders. There is no penalty for backing out at this stage.

2.3

A place in the queue for a sold-out product obliges you to nothing either: no money is taken until the product is bought, and you can leave the queue on the product page. A product bought from the queue - by hand or by automatic purchase from the balance - falls under the general warranty and refund rules below.

3.Warranty period

3.1

The warranty period is shown on every product card before purchase and repeated in the placed order. It runs from the moment the access details are delivered, not from the payment date - if the product was delivered by hand, it starts from the actual handover.

3.2

Different products have different periods: a few days for some, several months for others. Some items are sold without a warranty, and the card says so plainly. Check that line before you buy.

3.3

During the warranty period, if the product stops working through no fault of the buyer, the seller remedies it in one of two ways: issues another unit from stock or refunds the amount paid to the internal balance. Which remedy applies is decided by the seller after reviewing the claim.

3.4

One claim per order is reviewed at a time. While it is open, a second one cannot be filed - the discussion continues in the existing one.

4.How to open a warranty claim

4.1

A claim is filed by the buyer:

  • open Orders on the website or in the Mini App;
  • find the order and expand its card;
  • press “Open a warranty claim”;
  • choose a reason, describe exactly what happened and attach evidence - a screenshot of the error or a photo of the screen;
  • send the claim.

Sending a claim is neither a replacement nor a refund. An operator reads the claim; until they decide, neither goods nor money are issued. The decision and its reason are shown on the claim’s page and also arrive as a notification.

4.2

The operator may ask for more information - the claim then moves to “More information needed”, and a reply field appears on its page. You can add both text and new files; there is no need to create a new claim for that.

4.3

A claim can be withdrawn until it is decided. After withdrawal a new claim can be opened on the same order if the warranty has not expired.

4.4

There is no claim button. This means one of three things:

  • the order has not been delivered yet - wait for delivery, there is nothing to claim yet;
  • the order’s warranty period has expired;
  • a claim is already open on this order - open it and continue there.

If you believe the case is still covered, write to support: an operator can review it by hand.

4.5

The seller may require evidence of the fault - for example, a screenshot of the sign-in error. This is needed to tell a product that does not work from a password the buyer changed themselves. A claim without a description of the problem is not accepted.

4.6

After a replacement, the previous access details are no longer yours: the replaced unit is considered returned to the seller. With a refund the product is likewise considered returned, and the order moves to Refunded.

5.If a paid product ran out of stock

5.1

This happens when, at the moment the payment is confirmed, the last unit has already gone to another buyer. The payment is not lost: the order stays paid, reading “Awaiting manual delivery”, and is shown under Orders.

5.2

From there, there are two options, and the buyer chooses:

  • wait for the stock to be replenished - the product will be delivered into the same order;
  • ask for a refund - the amount paid is returned to the internal balance, which can pay for any other order.
5.3

To choose, write to support and give the order number. The request is handled within a reasonable time of receipt.

5.4

“Awaiting manual delivery” and “Being processed” are not a fault in themselves: every product is handed over by an operator, and a paid order reads one of the two until that happens.

6.When money is refunded after all

6.1

The amount paid is refunded if:

  • the product was paid for but not delivered, and the buyer does not want to wait for the stock to be replenished;
  • a refund is decided on a warranty claim - for example, the product does not work and there are no free units, with none expected;
  • the order is cancelled by the seller - for example, because of an error in the price or the product description.
6.2

A refund is credited to the buyer’s internal balance. That way the money comes back at once and without the network fees a reverse transfer through a payment provider would inevitably cost.

6.3

The amount refunded is the amount in US dollars actually paid for the order. If the buyer views amounts in roubles, the refund is shown at the rate at the time of the order: a change in the rate after payment does not change the size of the refund.

6.4

Withdrawal of funds from the internal balance is not available: the balance is spent only on orders in the shop.

6.5

A promo code discount is not restored on refund: the amount actually paid is returned.

7.When replacement and refund are not provided

7.1

The seller may refuse if:

  • the order’s warranty period had expired at the time of the request;
  • the buyer changed the password, the linked email or other account details themselves;
  • access was lost because the buyer broke the rules of the third-party service - a ban for a violation is not a product fault;
  • the access details were passed to third parties or used simultaneously contrary to the service’s rules;
  • the product works but did not suit the buyer for subjective reasons;
  • there are signs of abuse - for example, systematic replacement requests without evidence of a fault.
7.2

A refusal does not deprive the buyer of the right to apply again with new evidence and does not affect their other orders.

8.Where to apply

8.1

The shop’s support in Telegram: t.me/Godless_market_bot?start=support or by email at godless.market.com@gmail.com. Give the order number - it cannot be reviewed without it.

8.2

A request is handled within a reasonable time. If it is decided in the buyer’s favour, the funds are credited to the internal balance immediately after the decision.
